A VATPAN cabinet begins with the precise cutting of raw sheet steel. CNC-supported cutting and bending keep the tolerances set at the design stage intact all the way through production — a precision that directly shapes both the structural strength of the body and its compatibility with accessories down the line. At the welding stations, body joints are completed to standard welding procedures built to hold up under load for years of service.

Surface finishing is as much a part of durability as it is of our visual identity. Our electrostatic powder-coating line applies a consistent finish across the RAL color range, with dry film thickness checked regularly to keep corrosion resistance and surface hardness at the target level. For outdoor-rated products, this step is what ultimately determines resilience against the elements.

On the final assembly line, doors, hinges, locking mechanisms, cable-entry groups and internal components come together, with our assembly teams following defined checkpoints at every station. Before shipping, every batch goes through dimensional measurement, door open/close testing and lock function checks — the guarantee that every product in our catalog reaches the field matching its stated dimensions and performance.
