Safety Is Standard at Every Station
Personal protective equipment is standard practice at every station on our production floor.
Risk assessments carried out within the framework of Turkey's Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 form the foundation of our safety approach on the production floor. At relatively higher-risk points — cutting, bending, welding and coating stations — machine guarding, emergency-stop systems and personal protective equipment (PPE) are standard practice, and their correct, consistent use is regularly audited.
We try to build a safety culture through awareness, not just rules. Periodic safety training is a core part of every new employee's onboarding, while refresher training and on-site drills keep that knowledge current for experienced staff. We encourage employees to freely report near-miss situations — risks that haven't yet become an accident — as one of the most effective ways to prevent one in the first place.
For teams working long shifts on assembly and inspection lines, workstation ergonomics matters as much to us as safety itself: correct working height, safe lifting and carrying practices, and rest intervals are all built into production planning. Emergency and fire drills are repeated at regular intervals so every employee knows exactly what to do if the moment comes.
For us, a safe production process and a consistent, quality product are not separate goals: a disciplined, safe, well-planned production line also means fewer errors and higher quality. A zero-accident target isn't an annual slogan for us — it's a commitment reflected in daily production decisions.
