A 12U 19” 450mm wall-mount rack cabinet is a rack enclosure that protects standard 19-inch network and low-voltage devices inside a metal cabinet mounted on the wall, providing organization, security and ventilation.

The "12U" designation indicates the cabinet's vertical device-mounting capacity, "19 inch" the international rack device standard, and "450 mm" the cabinet depth. These dimensions are suitable for the secure placement of compact devices such as switches, patch panels, modems, routers, firewalls, DVR/NVR units, PDUs and small UPS units.

Note: For rack cabinets with a depth of 450 mm, the cable connection allowance, the clearance behind the device and air circulation must be taken into account. For this reason, the maximum depth of devices placed inside the cabinet is generally recommended to be in the 300–350 mm range.

Installation and Maintenance

The product must be mounted on a solid surface using suitable wall-mounting hardware. The load-bearing capacity of the wall to be used for mounting must be assessed based on the total weight of the equipment to be placed inside the cabinet.

Excessive cable density that would obstruct air circulation inside the cabinet should be avoided. Heavy equipment should be placed at the lowest levels possible. The product surface should be cleaned with a dry, soft cloth. Chemical or abrasive cleaning products must not be used.
