Part of the surface-mounted ABS and polycarbonate enclosure group, this is an opaque-lid ABS enclosure with a sheet-metal base. In protection class IP65 it prevents the ingress of dust and water. Since the areas of application are exterior spaces exposed to environmental effects, it provides a degree of protection against the harmful effects that may occur on the equipment inside the enclosure due to the ingress of foreign solid objects (substances that could fall in, dust blown by the wind) and water (rain, sleet, snow, splashing water).
